Our Made-to-Order collection begins with designs dreamed up in the Lucky Cowboy studio. Find the one that speaks to you, then make it yours with a curated selection of shape, felt, color, band, and finish.
Studio fittings are scheduled for one hour, giving us time to take precise measurements, introduce you to the collection, and guide you through the available options.
You choose your Lucky Cowboy. We’ll bring it to life by hand.
Craftsmanship takes time. Each hat is shaped, detailed, and finished in our Laguna Beach studio, with most Made-to-Order pieces ready for pickup or shipment within 2–8 weeks.
Can’t make it to our seaside studio? Virtual fittings are available, too.
Finished hats may be collected from our Laguna Beach studio, or we’re happy to arrange local or long-distance delivery. Please note that Lucky Cowboy is located inside Bluebird Mercantile.
