Laguna Beach Garden Club’s 20th Annual Gate & Garden Tour: A Celebration of Nature, Style, and Community
The Laguna Beach Garden Club’s much-anticipated Gate & Garden Tour returned for its 20th year on May 3, featuring eight unique neighborhood gardens and a spirited hat contest chaired by Lucky Cowboy owner Ally Cook. The hat contest, with themes like Best in Bloom, Pollinator’s Paradise, and Garden Party Glam, added a festive, creative flair inspired by garden party traditions.

The event not only highlights Laguna’s diverse and beautiful private gardens but also serves as the Garden Club’s primary fundraiser supporting scholarships, educational gardens, and community projects. With shuttles, artisan refreshments, and a raffle, the day brought the community together in celebration of horticulture, artistry, and self-expression.

As Ally shares, “Organizing the contest is my way to celebrate joy, artistry, and individuality through fashion inspired by nature.”
